The last day I went to the gym was Dec.30 I put on 5 pounds I know it may dont look good but O'Well the way I have been eating I'm shocked it's not 10 pounds. I went to the gym testerday & today so far now just need to watch what I eat for the week cause I have a dinner date Friday nite Seafood I love it
189.0 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
