Down another .2 lbs. This week is wonderful compared to last week. I feel like I'm getting stuck in a rut with my foods though....need to branch out a little and not eat the same things so often. I'm digging through recipes looking for something new to try.

Stuck with the meal plan yesterday, added in some sugar free Hershey's dark chocolate as a treat in the evening, as I still had calories to spare and it satisfies my sweet tooth. Ended up at 1753 calories for the day, still under my 1800 limit and met my nutritional goals. I did 10 minutes on the elliptical again yesterday, cautiously. It went well and no spasms this time. Will continue with caution.

Today's meal plan is set...egg whites with veggies and avocado for breakfast. Using some leftover grilled chicken to make a wrap for lunch, with a cup of tomato soup. Dinner is an easy meal I found a couple of weeks ago...one baking dish, chicken, red potatoes, and green beans drizzled with olive oil and dry Italian seasoning mix then baked. Yogurt, nuts, and fruit for snacks.
232.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 62.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks Suzi! I have a few blogs I check regularly for ideas (Kailyn's Kitchen is a good one), but aside from Cooking Light I don't think I've run across these yet. I dug out an old food journal from when I lost 50 lbs before my health took it's tailspin...and realized that my dinner menus haven't changed much since then. lol
