Day 15 after post holidays restart. Let myself get off track between Thanksgiving and New Year and am dealing with the damage. Joined the Biggest Loser challenge at work so I am feeling motivated. 6 more pounds until I am back under the 150s which is ideally where I would like to be. I will do this!
