Just joined the site / app. When I weighed at the Dr's office I was / am flabbergasted and frustrated at my weight. I have decided that I will begin to watch my calories during the day. My food entry for dinner tonight would not take as I had to do custom entries, but I promise.... I did eat dinner!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

it takes a wee while to get into a routine, but this site really does help. Try to enter your food/drink consumption as accurately as you can, as seeing what is going in your mouth in calories really helps.
