Grrrrrrr……..didn’t get my water in…….and the fam made thin crust homemade pizza for lunch Sunday. I was going to skip it and eat my healthy food, and they pressured me to “eat just one piece”.
Ya well that’s why I like to skip it! I ate 2.5 pieces plus my green salad with croutons with no cal Walden farms dressing, and a whole cup full of fresh strawberries.🙄🙄🙄
117.4 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
