I need to keep losing. I have lot of difficulty now and due to being sick from Sept to Dec, unable to exercise much, bored being in the house and around food, very hard. So, now that I feel better will try to get back to my own goal. Am exercising more...biking 2 days wk, yoga 2 days wk, walk 2 days wk.
Leave for Guate Mon for 3 wks so that should jumpstart me!!!
119.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
