Another sneaky 1/2kg gone ?! Yes thankyou 👍 I did a good days work in the garden yesterday and I am so very grateful that I can do that again... I am even thankful for the slightly aching muscles 😀💪
179.7 lb Lost so far: 146.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
