I had fish last night for dinner. Perch. I'll not a big fan. Taste was good, but I didn't care for the bones in it. I was told they would bake out. They didn't. Lol. I'm also finding out that the more emotionally happy I am, the more the weight is falling off. I always thought there was a connection, but now I'm seeing it first hand. It's double motivating! So much of my life is up in the air but several things are going really really good. The glass is definitely half full! I haven't been this low weight since b4 i started Fat Secret, which was in 2010. So it's been about 5 years. It's gunna be cold here in Chicagoland the next few days, so I'll be hiding out in my home. Thank heaven for a job that I can work from home when I want to. Low is good! Have a great day ya'll!
154.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
