I finally lost 70 lbs. I've been working at this for 44 weeks. It's been much slower these last 2 months. I've added in cardio and weights this month so hopefully this will be a benefit. The journey has given me a lot of new habits and ideas for eating healthier and I feel better for sure. Weighing and measuring my food gives me so much more control of how much I'm eating. I've also discovered some great snacks. My go to is a strawberry Clio mini. Little yogurt bars that are 60 calories and really good.
172.1 lb Lost so far: 70.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing great 😃. If your loss has slowed you may want to lower your daily calories. Sometimes that is the main adjustment needed to lose.

Congrats to you! Can I ask your age, how many calories your eating a day & how much (hours) you work out a week? I’m a 59 yrs young female, disable (no use of knees or back) & really struggling. It doesn’t matter how well I eat or if I don’t eat at all, I still am not loosing weight. I’m so frustrated at this point & still trying to figure out how to use this app.! 😭
