Yesterday I focused on protein and added opti greens to my diet. I ate three meals but kept my calories low and felt full all day. 90g protein yesterday, trying to get to 135 g a day.
148.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
