I have done HORRIBLE!!! Between computer problems and the Holiday Cravings!!! Anyway, a few days before the Christmas, found out I was PREGNANT!!!!. Had HORRIBLE cramping back pains. I was a mess in bed for days. Finally gave in and, that was what I learnt. I do intend to regroup and stay focused and hop right back on the wagon. I do not want this pregnancy to end up like the last one.

Congratulations! And pregnancy can be a wonderful, beautiful experience, but it also can wreak havoc on your body if you let it...you can stay fit if you want to!
