4 x piece of pumpkin & cottage cheese roulette
1 cinnamon roll with apple 🍏
4 x cookies + milk 🥛🍪
1 cup of coffee ☕️with milk & condensed milk
As snack had red bell pepper 🫑 & boiled carrot🥕


1 bawl of olivie 🥔🍖🥚🥒🥕
+ peas, dill, mayo & ground pepper
2 x cups of strawberry compote 🍓
+ 1 schaumrolle
206.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 96.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
