Happy with weight-loss, was too tired to hit the gym yesterday. Pushing as much as I can so I can hit or surpass my Easter goal which is 117kg. I am going to go as hard as I can for next 7 weeks then revaluate after Easter. Ketones at 2.6mmol/L which I am happy about.
