Ate tortilla chips with my chili ( no cheese or sour cream tho).
Also went over on cals for the day so I’m storing starch and water!
Back on the narrow road today.
116.8 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
