🎉 I KNOW this journey is about so much more than what the scales say... but I cannot lie... I love a day that starts a kilo less than the day before (or in my case the 25- 30 years worth of days before 💪) Our bodies are amazing FS family!!!
187.4 lb Lost so far: 138.9 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
