Surprising drop because I have been eating horrible lately. I'm trying to brace myself for how crazy this weekend is going to be. I won't have a moment to myself at all this weekend, which I guess is expected around the holidays, but I also have no time to get any shopping done. I was going to go last night but I had a stress/lack of sleep induced mental breakdown where I sobbed hysterically about how I ate too many sugar cookies and no one will like the homemade gifts I made. Then I binge ate some Chinese food and went to bed. But still a drop! Probably because the sugar, mixed with the advocare spark drink I drank, mixed with the Chinese, literally caused my body to destroy itself. My body doesn't tolerate caffeine in large doses, so I don't know why I felt the need to drink a drink loaded with it. I guess I thought maybe this one time it would be okay. Instead I had massive stomach issues, and I was exhausted, but super awake for all of work yesterday. It was just an overall bad day. As much as I love the holiday season, I cant wait for it to be over!
