Hey, mine too are acting up, great Texas weather. I feel like a sinus headache about to take over but I am still doing take off today and tomorrow. Good Luck Andrea, we can do this together. I weigh in on Wednesday morning so I will post how much I lose then.  

I was going to do the Take off with you guys, but I'm going in for some training tomorrow and I know I wouldn't be able to it to the fullest. But hopefully I can do it on Wednesday. Good luck to you!!! 

Thanks Brandi. Well Andrea, I cheated a little last night and I am so mad at myself. I had a few cheese tortilinies (I can't spell that)and a few bites of sauce, I was so hungry I thought I was going to have to sit down. I also did not have any caffeine yesterday and I had that headache...hopefully, I did not screw up the take off too much, I prob just won't lose as much as I usually do. I do the Take off once a month now. Andrea, I hope you did better than I did. 

Balonzo, I didn't. I had rice with my chicken serving last night. I had a headache and was really cranky by the time I got home. I just wanted something more in my stomach. But I am back on the saddle this a.m. Brandi I hope you do better than I did. I don't know how some people can do take-off every two weeks. Jeez! 

It's ok, don't worry. I just worked out and am going to try to be 100 percent today. I don't have the headache I had yesterday YET...I think this Take off is very, very hard, especially the second day, so we will see when I go weigh in on Wednesday. If not, still going strong on the Gold plan...We can do it...
