Well, I think my emotional journey is coming to an end ... today my ex is coming to get his stuff out of my house. Last night was hard, hearing (in a text) that he was passing by and could he get his clothes. So wine again, then salty snacks, and I'm up a lb.
I haven't set any real goals yet because everything has been so chaotic. But now that my life is settling down again, I hope to lose the extra 10-11 lbs I'm carrying, firm up my abs, strengthen my back, and lean down my legs, with exercise and better nutrition. Today is day one ...
