I am very mad at myself, I broke my ankle and couldn't do anything for more then 8 weeks. I just removed my cast and now I am starting physical therapy. I usually exercise a lot so being disabled threw me off. I love to eat and the only thing that keeps me in check is being able to do exercise. I gained so much weight but I am ready to shed it off. I will be going back to managing my eating now, I am really disgusted with myself. this is it!!! I started today, exercise will follow as soon as my foot/ankle feels better and stronger. Good Luck!!!
