145.8 lb Lost so far: 99.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you. I am 8 oz from my present goal to get rid of the creeping 10-12 lbs gain I have put on since covid. Getting there and love it. Lesson learned. If fluxuations continue beyond one or two lbs either way, I need to pay attention daily until until balance restored. Down overall in January was almost 12 lbs represents a slow insidious build-up over 2 full years. Thank you for all your support HCB.
