two heavy refeed days felt a little week no problems
197.5 lb Lost so far: 52.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Livinbreezy I used the stay safe alot when I was being deployed over and over to my battle buddies after 9/11 it just stuck then I added the rest for here
