I was expecting a more significant gain to be honest as I've been on holiday for the last 3 weeks.
I'm back at work today and ready to take on the new year! watch this space.
135.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
