Yesterday was a rough day and I didn't get to eat lunch. So super low calories. However, I feel good, off alcohol for 2 days. So I'm back on track to lose weight and get ready to dance again in a competition.
147.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
