My mom is some better, transferring from rehab to skilled nursing today. I'm not happy about this, darn insurance rules our lives. Hubby is slowly improving. Overdid it yesterday and is paying the price today. Sister was some better yesterday, not good but better. On Sunday I thought she was going to die. I cried all the way home and half of the next morning. All that accomplished was giving me a headache. She has been my best friend my entire life. She has to get better. Venting today. Thanks for listening.

135.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
