Starting day 4 of Atkins induction and I'm very pleased. Already my blood pressure is down some and I'm feeling good. Today I'm going to work in the pasture and lop down some nasty sticker vines along the edge. Finally I feel like doing something instead of laying around being depressed and unenergetic. So, on to another day! :)
168.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
