Yee Haw! I've been on Adkin's Induction for 2 days now and am down a little bit already :) The big deal is so far I have resisted the temptation to have my usual evening bourbon "toddies". My blood pressure has been really high lately and I'm hoping losing weight will help. At least I'm energized to do something for a change and am just taking it one day at a time. So, so far, I'm good.
