Well today I am the same weight as when I started here 9 months ago, it's been a crazy year. I am grateful for I wont be leaving 14 heavier than when it started, which is a achievemnet as its what I have done the past 5 years. I just keep reminding myself, nothing tastes as good as thin feels xx
