This weekend I fell off the wagon... Was not surprised.at the weight.gain...sorry folks for the grammical errors...typing on my cell...
We went to pizza hut last nite and enjoyed a meduim pizza
280.2 lb Lost so far: 62.8 lb.    Still to go: 85.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
