Have been slipping weight-wise, food-wise whilst maintaining exercise. Back to the gym today and am trying a fruit only day with a little protein given tomorrow will be a challenge simply because of all the temptations. Happy Thanksgiving to you all - stay the course!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
