That is onw thing about this diet.... Yesterday I really did not keep track of what I was eating, and today, I am paying for it...sigh
279.2 lb Lost so far: 63.8 lb.    Still to go: 84.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry for the misspellings... wrote that post on my cell... very small keypad fat fingers.. this tablet is a little better..but not much..lol
