Had a great gym session yesterday with a PT, had forgotten how good it is to have a PT, said to myself I will do whatever he says. He gave me all the exercises I usually skip. Definetly ate better as I was conscious of diet thanks to reflecting and FS. Today I guesstimate 100g weight-loss which I am happy about.
301.4 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 109.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
