Michele Waymire's Journal, 17 November 2014

Well I didn't lose, but I also didn't gain. so 3 weeks ago I tried not eating breakfast all week and I had only lost 2 lbs for that week. The week after that, I went back to eating breakfast and I exercised at least 4 Days of the week and I lost 5.8 lbs. So last week I kept eating breakfast but I only exercised 1 day, and I didn't lose weight. So after experimenting with what I can and can't eat, when I can and can't eat and how much exercise I need to get weekly I really feel I can do this. I know by the end of May I will be very close to my goal weight.
288.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 108.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weight loss is based on many factors. It's really difficult to find a pattern after one week. Hormones, the sodium in your food, exercise and many other factors cause our water weight to shift up and down, so you can't always put what you do with what the scale says. Sometimes we see the results of what we do weeks later. Thats why consistency is key. You are losing great. Switching it up can really help. WHAT you eat also plays a roll in weight loss. So just keep on keeping on and you will do fine. We all have weeks of gains and staying the same, even when doing everything right. We also have weeks of overeating and losing. It all works out in the end.
