I want to sweat and use expetives!!!! How do you gain 2.5kg over night???? I weighed in yesterday but didn't log it as there had been no change, but today I'm 2.5 friggin kg heavyier what is up with that!!
I can only move mimimal amounts today, yesterdays work out killed me then I spent 5 hours moving furniture and cleaning. There better be a good explanation for this and it better bugger off and take some of of it's mates.
279.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 91.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It can be many things. Water weight from too much salt or plugged up gut issues. You could drop it again and more in a couple of days. Happens to me all the time which is why I weigh myself every day just to keep an eye on it. Drink extra water (more than 64 oz) and get some fiber or walks. It will all even out. Also, if you binged a few days ago, it doesn't show up overnight.

I agree with MSbuggirl. Too much sodium always raises me up huge amounts. I went to Golden Corral Saturday and ate pretty well but still gained 4.5 lbs overnight, was at .5 lbs up this morning.
