Well the doctor's appointment was a fiasco. The doc was out sick, I had a missed call but no voicemail to give me a heads up. I get there and say why I am there and they work me in only to be told they can't do the exam and they charged me the office visit price. I felt like I was living in two Seinfeld episodes, maybe three! So now my exam is rescheduled for January 5th, I'm quite irked to waste time and more importantly money.

Afternoon Update:
I called them on my lunch break and complained and the office manager is supposed to call me tomorrow. They said they tried to call me to tell me the doc was out but I have no voicemail telling me anything. I'm irked still irked and everyone I told what happened said I have reason to appeal for a credit for the visit.
114.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
