Happy that I managed to maintain weighloss from yesterday, always difficult after a big drop, had a lot of energy at the gym yesterday. Ketones at 2.6mmol and I am feeling good. Only 400g to go to hit my Monday target.
304.0 lb Lost so far: 35.7 lb.    Still to go: 112.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
