I'm here for you Malgaynor 🤗 Tho I can't help you with 800 cals/day 🤦♀️ My weight loss on 1200 cals is slowing down now too and I've still got a long way to go... am slowly starting to add in some resistance training to see what effect that will have on the layers 😀. Hope you're enjoying your time at your holiday house... How is your leg healing?

Scar wise fantastic - you wouldn’t believe how good it looks. Inflammation is still a problem and all this work means I can’t walk today, so had to go back to crutches 🥲. It was so good early on, but since I ditched the crutches it has become challenging and trying to establish routine is impossible. I think I am a little disheartened because 800 calories is not doing it for me either. I had two weeks of 900 to see if by eating a bit more, it will start to shift again, but no and the GP says to be expected - not very motivating though and finding I am starting to waiver
