I lost 2 lbs. my 2nd week, I'm a little slacking this week already. I'm not use to portioning my meals when I go out to eat. Yesturday we went to Wahoo's and I ordered the same thing my MIL ordered, two fish tacos, white beans and brown rice. I ate most of all of it. : ( I should of ordered just one taco and ate a small amount of rice and beans, then we went for yogurt icecream and I added carmel and a few sweet toppings I should of not added the extra : ( Till again. Get right back on track.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Eating out is a real struggle. I've got a couple of restaurants that I can visit without blowing out my calorie count, but on the whole, I'm just avoiding them for the time being. I'll go back when I've reached my goal and moved to maintenance mode. It's good that you're logging what you eat even when you go over. I have a strong urge to hide the ugly truth when I slip up, but logging makes me feel like I haven't fallen off the wagon. Congrats on the 2 lbs. Definitely moving in the right direction!
