Really happy with weightloss, maybe I should undertake more cardio in the morning, Ketones at 2.4mmol down from when I did morning cardio yesterday.
309.3 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 117.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
