Procrastination eating (Jillian Michaels) . . . never heard of this one before, but it's the first one that has ever clicked/made sense to me. I am the past master of procrastination. I can't eat when I'm unhappy/distressed. I'm seldom bored. I don't feel social pressure to eat. I don't eat for reward. Procrastination? Yes!

what is procrastination eating? How have you been doing?

Searched the topic - interesting. I recognized I'm eating a lot lately because it 'tastes' good... and this gave me a good opportunity to remember only the first bite is the best; the rest is repeat. One taste when I'm not hungry instead of an entire serving. Good tipping point. Thank you.

Hi, Crazy. I'm OK. Just very stressed. Bella, I wish I could stop with just the first bite. I know in my head this is what I should do, just have trouble following through. "Let imperfection be enough. You are human and you won’t always get it perfect—or even the way you want it. All we can expect is our best and all we can do is to keep moving forward. One imperfect bite at a time. Do your best, make a move, be kind to yourself. Seek support when you need it. Rinse and repeat. That’s how to break free of the perfectionism-procrastination-overeating cycle." Dr. Melissa McCreery.

Aw I'm sorry you're stressed. I know on your last journal you were having some issues with your daughter. Hope everything gets better for you soon.
