Sadly I stayed the same this week. I was drinking McDonald's Sugar Free Vanilla coffees and found out that they have 21 carbs in each large one. Better luck next week.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
