con nutricionista me pese. estaba 22.5% grasa. habia subido 5 lbs lean mass. me medi con estela y habia pecho 41 pulgada, 42.5" cadera, cintura 35.5", bicep 13.25 y 14.25" y piernas 24.5". mejore en medididas y mas lean. omron midio 21.7%. nutricionista 22%. masa magra 141lbs, 40 lbs grasa, 103lbs agua, 181lbs total. rutina ivan y assassins.
179.6 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
