Lack of exercise, working strange hours, lack of sleep, and eating "gas station food" has not helped my physique. With a cruise one month away and a tight flight suit, it's time to get back to my old tried and true healthy ways...
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hey! It's good to see that a lot of you guys are still on here! Yea, I've been neglecting myself since training started and have really fallen off course. I'm working my ass off this month to get back in decent shape (and to look good in the flight suit again lol)

Getting back in the groove is goal number 1! You guys on here always helped with motivation. I'm happy to be back! Yea, I'm going for the previous routine. Easing back into eating natural foods and hitting up trails before the rains start hitting hard. On trips, me and the aircrew were always stuck eating gas station food, going out to eat at restaurants, hitting up breweries... the beer really jacked me up! Damn... those tasty IPAs really stuck with me lol

There will be a gym on the cruise. I lose weight on cruises. I walk much more.
