I am absolutely feeling great and extremely happy with weightloss even though I had about 1.5L of water in the last two hours before bed on top of my daily 3L. I hit the gym last night, body was full of energy, had an excellent sleep even though it was 5.5hrs. I am starting to think that if your diet is perfect and in caloric deficit, evening gym might be the best, as it gets the metabolism moving. Morning no need to worry as I am busy and moving around and the green tea does its thing. Ketones a bit of a letdown at 0.6mmols however weightloss makes up for it.
322.8 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 131.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
