Slow and steady is good. Sometimes it just takes a while, but sometimes changing things up a bit helps too. So maybe try doing something different for workouts or increasing your intensity or length of your workouts, and maybe mix up some things in your diet if you've been eating the same foods. You have done great so far, so just keep up the good work! :)

Wow, you are doing amazing!!! Make sure you are tracking all your food. Drinking your water. Get some extra protein and some good fat. Avocados help us lose weight. I was just reading an article on it. Try some drinking some green tea. Keep your diet tight. Watch the bites, licks and tastes.

Steady is a good thing. I gave up tortilla chips, crackers, cheese curls, potato chips and crisps. I eat one low carb high fiber tortilla instead of one slice of 100% whole wheat bread.

One thing stood out to me when I looked at your bio. "Veggies unlimited." Time to rethink that. They're carbs. Things like potatos and carrots are not good. They pack a wallop of calories campared with green leafies. That being said, eat all the cabbage and lettuce you want - without dressing.

Suzi161 always gives good advice! :) I gave up mashed potatoes and french fries, switched to baked potato, then half a baked potato, then a few baked potato wedges, maybe three of them. Then two and then none. I eat one serving of baby carrots, because their fiber fills me up. The sugars and carbs are not that bad, because I am on a medium carb diet, not low carb diet.

I'd be taking a thorough look at what you are doing. Make sure you are 100% tracking and doing everything to plan. If you are and still not losing weight, change. It's obviously not working.

Maybe try dropping your calories some, I had to go to 1200 averaged over the week.

Remember muscle is heavier that fat. I bet if you measured yourself your would see the difference. The body needs to adjust it's self, it's the plateau point it seems your at right now. Don't give in you can do it. Do your clothes fit better? That's the proof!
