Dropped my RDI another 100 points...clearly my metabolism is slowing at a faster rate than my weight is coming off. :-( Frustrating.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can either lower your calories or start exercising more. I think swimming would be good for you. Enjoy your weekend Chris :-)

Keep at it Sandy, you doing great, it will come off but maybe increase the exercise for the next few days

Thanks for the encouragement! Working on increasing the exercise. Finally found shoes that don't hurt my feet when I walk, so that's a good thing. Have lowered my calorie intake by 200 per day. Hopefully this will help.

Hey you lost a pound!!!! That is great!!!! Turn that frown upside down!!!! Happy Halloween!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Snezica is right, I know myself I have been lacking exercise, That's why I am starting to go the gym. I know you have a foot problem, but swimming is good exercise. All diets require tweeking along the way- Don't get frustrated.

Just think a pound down every week is 52 pounds a year that is a lot.

Your doing fine. A loss is a loss. It will start coming off faster again. It seems a lot of us are struggling with the scale right now with slow results. Might be the time of year slowing our metabolism down.
