Woke at #213 keeping strictly keto, I know what works for me, does not mean it works for you, took me a long time to dial/ tweak/change/ adjust in for maximum weight reduction. Walked 5 miles yesterday, a short day, today will be busy walking along with gym tonight, my wife is coming from Sarasota this weekend, so I'm sure we will be going out to eat and playing pickleball tomorrow. Have a good weekend FS people. And I'm DO N OK !
213.0 lb Lost so far: 214.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
