I have been on Dr. Hyman's 10 day detox and lost 5lbs!. It was painless and I feel great! Just buy his bookThe 10 day detox diet and you are on your way! No sugar, dairy, coffee, alcohol,grains, or starchy vegetables...You can have meat, eggs, fish, tofu, and lots of dark leafy greens and veggies. Also the fats allowed are the monosaturated like olive oil, avocado, seeds and nuts...I am never going back to sugar or dairy or white bread.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
