I have been going to the park and walking on trails the past couple of days. My son has been going with me, I really didn't want to walk yesterday but he kept reminding me I would feel good after walking. He was right and that paid off in my weight loss this week. I am going to give him a big hug when I get home tonight. :-)
296.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 116.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
