Drinking at least 3 litres of water a day plus herbal tea cups (which could add one more litre at least)
No crazy sugar or fat.
Natural food (as raw as possible)
232.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.1 lb a week
