I saw that you eat kale salad sometimes. That's great. If you eat high fiber vegetables it will keep you from being hungry which will limit you reaching for high carb foods. Try some of these: Romaine lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, celery, radishes, cabbage, bell peppers, Snow Peas (edible pod), zucchini squash.

Eggplant, mushrooms, mustard greens, chicory, endive, collard greens, avocado, spinach, chard. I know, I don't eat a bunch of those, but other people might like them. ;)

Chris I was reviewing your food journal, /keep in mind I review mine all the time and I will be the first to tell you my diet is not the model diet/ I know sometimes what I eat nutrionist would yell at me-/ But what I noticed with yours on an interesting note is sometimes it seems you eat way less than me but your calories are higher-/I could be wrong(vela use I do not recognize all items on you food list) it's seems you are high on bread and pasta products/ Don't give up/ maybe one of the higher calorie items try spitting portion in half/ have a great Sunday!!!
